1. First contacts are established between the Director and Client Companies.
After settling financial and organizational questions, the work starts. The System Architect is responsible to help to define technologies, methodologies and the ways that should be used for development. After the accomplishment of this very important part, a Team of Specialists in selected for development tools and programming languages is formed and their resumes are offered to a client. Then the Project Managers of the both companies go through with the matter.
2. During the working process, the System Architect is to be involved in the project and control the quality of technical design all the way through the project. Besides, Graphic Artists are to design the layout of an application and (or) the necessary's elements of it.
3. When the work is about to finish, the Quality Testing specialist arranges the tests, performed by the employees who are not involved in the project and if possible not specializing in IT. For bug reports and problem solving we use our own tool called LOP, which was developed especially for these purposes.

The only difference between working offshore and onshore is in communication, but Internet makes this difference insignificant. We communicate with our clients mainly via Internet (E-Mail, ICQ, IRC and such audio tools like InternetPhone and Microsoft NetMeeting). Of course, our employees are often visiting clients and vice versa. Nevertheless, Internet remains the main tool for business communication.

In order to improve the quality of it, we invented and developed our own project management system for automation of development process and making this communication easier. This tool has already been successfully used in our everyday work. The main goal of it is to make the interaction between developers and managers of both companies transparent regardless of location.

We constantly keep on brainstorming in order to offer our clients the best ideas and solutions possible, and meetings purposed to discuss actual questions and problems of current projects are arranged regularly.

Today, when the IT market is experiencing immense growth, it is one of the most important objectives for every company working in this area to investigate and to acquire the newest solutions and know-hows of the industry. Technologies and tools are changing so fast, therefore the one who misses the latest news is a loser. To be successful we have to be ahead all the time.

This is the reason for investing so much time in our 'laboratory'. Using this word we mean the following:

• we are taking a part in the Open Source projects (Apache, Linux)
• we are introducing XML/XSL in our projects
• we are using such innovative technologies as SOAP, JSP, DCOM/CORBA
• we are implementing CAT (CBT) and text recognition algorithms

These activities assure us, that in fact we are ahead and the solutions and services that we provide to our customers, guide our clients to the top of the market.
